Rashid Hussain, a graduate from Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) who had bagged the third position, was refused admission by the Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme.
This was not because he had less marks or was not considered to meet the required standard.
Instead, he was refused admission by the QAU management because the quality of his mark sheet issued by IUB was very poor and the QAU doubted it was
