KARACHI, The Transparency International Pakistan has declared a tender notice about Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) recently issued by the government, which allegedly favoured one particular party in violation of the public procurement rules 2004, as illegal and demanded that it be cancelled and a new tender be advertised.
