Karachi: July17th :Higher Education Commission has advertised MS / Ph.D overseas scholarships for technologically advanced countries like China, Germany, France, Austria etc. These scholarships are being offered in all areas of knowledge such as engineering & Technology, Biological, Medical, Physical sciences etc. These scholarships are fully funded and will be awarded on open merit basis.
