Karachi:A literary conference was organised on Thursday by the Progressive Writers Association (PWA) in collaboration with the Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) to observe the Centennial Celebration of Faiz Ahmed Faiz.
Prof Sehar Ansari, the renowned Urdu poet, presided over the occasion.
PWA Secretary-General, Dr Jamal Naqvi, while welcoming the guests, said that the PWA had planned a number of literary activities to spread the ideas of Faiz Ahmed Faiz. He said Faiz enriched Urdu poetry
