PHC summons CCPO in students’ arrest cases PESHAWAR: A division bench of the Peshawar High Court on Tuesday directed the capital city police officer (CCPO) to appear before it in person on the next hearing in the cases concerning the arrest of two students.
The division bench comprising Justice Dost Mohammad Khan and Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel was hearing two separate cases of the arrest of two students from Bhanamari locality in Peshawar city.
