Punjab University VC Interview On PTV Programme “Raat Gaye”

Lahore: 27 July: Dr Muhammad Kamran of Punjab University Oriental College’s Department of Urdu, in an interview of PTV programme “Raat Gaye”, has stated that the Punjab University has been taking all-out measures to promote Urdu language and literature.
Talking to the host, renowned poet Wassi Shah, Dr Kamran said Urdu was a developed language and its literature was of universal nature. Dr Kamran also participated in programme “Utho Jago Pakistan” of a private TV channel along with her wife and renowned poetess Saima Kamran. In a light mood, he stressed the need to form organization to secure husbands’ rights keeping in view the situation of husbands of now-a-days.
