Parents and their relatives protested over the death of three children at the National Institute of Child Health (NICH) as nurses and paramedical staff continued their boycott on Thursday.
Several other people joined the protest after their ailing children were allegedly denied admission to the hospital on the grounds that the nurses and medics were on strike. The angry parents of the children alleged negligence on the part of doctors and nurses.
