LAHORE, April 1: A former academic of the Punjab University is in quest of justice for the last nine years.
His last application has been lying pending with the chancellor at the Governor’s House for about a year.
Dr A.R. Khalid, former associate professor of the Mass Communication department, in his application to the chancellor said he was qualified to be selected as professor in 2003 but
“manipulation and manoeuvering” by some teachers and officials of the Punjab University
