ISLAMABAD, March 31: About half of the over 270,000 students in government as well as some private schools in the federal capital may not get textbooks in time, as the National Book Foundation (NBF) has yet to deliver them to the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE).
According to an official at the FDE, the foundation provided textbooks to 423 educational institutions but so far it has met only 50 per cent of their requirements.
