PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) Thursday put on notice president, prime minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor and other authorities to submit records about allocation of funds for education in the tribal region.
Heading a division bench, PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan took the notice in writ petitions filed by two Fata students, who had been ignored in the admission process in the Islamia College and Jinnah College for Girls.
