PESHAWAR: Prof Said Mir, the senior dean at the Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan, is being asked to work as acting vice-chancellor in place of Prof Dr Mansoor Akbar Kundi who has been sacked.
Governor Khyber Pakhtun-khwa, Masood Kausar, in his capacity as Chancellor of the public sector universities has decided to remove Dr Kundi from his job after having issued show-cause notice to him for making illegal recruitment and failing to maintain order at the Gomal
