LAHORE, Sept 28: Colleges have suffered budget cuts over the years as their development budget has been decreased from last fiscal’s Rs22.617 billion to Rs19.567 billion for the current financial year.
On the other hand, the Punjab government has allocated Rs100 million to Army Public School and College and Rs12.8 million for the construction of Pak-Turk College from “miscellaneous grants”.
This was revealed in an analysis of education budget presented by Ahmad Ali, research fellow
