Allama Iqbal Open University set to help rural people earn their livelihood

ISLAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) will soon launch a number of skilled-based programmes to empower people in rural areas to earn their livelihood. This was announced by the university’s vice chancellor, Prof Dr Nazir Ahmed Sangi. He was speaking at a certificate-distribution ceremony of the first batch of “Gardner’s Training Course” arranged by the department of agricultural sciences on Thursday.
