The usually staid and serious atmosphere of the ground floor of the Foreign Office morphed into a colourful one for a few hours on Tuesday evening as ladies of the Pakistan Foreign Office Women’s Association (PFOWA) hosted the ladies of the diplomatic community and friends of PFOWA.
The event was organised in collaboration with Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) to showcase some of Pakistan’s cultural gems in the form of music and folk dances,
