ISLAMABAD (APP): The Islamabad High Court on Monday directed the Ministry of Defence to produce a Syrian student on November 26 (Monday) before the court, who went missing in 2010 and was later found in the custody of secret agencies.
Bilal Alsameer, a friend of the Syrian student Yoman Ismail, in his petition contended that Ismail was a student of LLM (Shariah and Law) at the International Islamic University Islamabad when he was picked up two years back.
