PESHAWAR: United Teachers Forum (UTF) of University of Peshawar on Monday blamed incumbent cabinet of Peshawar University Teachers Association (PUTA) for using association funds in the election campaign.
President of UTF Dr Ihsanullah while addressing the forum meeting said that incumbent cabinet was organizing different functions and dinners before the polls as a part of their election campaign
