ISLAMABAD: The 11th Vice Chancellors’ Committee meeting on Tuesday said that the proposed ‘Private Members Higher Education Commission (HEC) Amendment Bill’ would have detrimental effects on the higher education sector and revert all the achievements gained during the last decade.
Members of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Education and Training, rectors and vice chancellors representing 137 public and private universities attended the meeting.
