Punjab government awarded buses to 44 colleges against the recommended list of Higher Education Department created on the criteria proposed by the government itself.
Sources revealed that the Higher Education Department (HED) Punjab was given the task to create a report which would gather field data and would propose as to which colleges should be given buses and how many, based on the number of students enrolled and the location of the college,
