A DELEGATION of Fred Hollows Foundation Australia led by its Chairman Robert Dalziel, currently on a visit to College of Ophthalmology and Allied Vision Sciences (COAVS), King Edward Medical University, called on Punjab Health Secretary Arif Nadeem in his office on Monday.
