The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has decided to hold promotional board for the various cadres of the government service twice a year. The rules provided holding of the board twice in a year but they haven’t been adhered for long. The defiance of the rules had been causing delay in the promotion of several deserving officers and caused unrest in their ranks.
