ISLAMABAD: Higher Education Commission (HEC) scholar Dr Wahid Bux Jatoi has completed a post-doctoral fellowship at France in the synthesis and development of new pain killers.
According to a statement, the scholar, who belongs to the rural area of Khairpur, was funded by the HEC to pursue the fellowship.
