ISLAMABAD: Higher Education Commission (HEC) Chairman Dr Javid Laghari, while addressing the concluding ceremony of an orientation workshop for newly inducted vice chancellors and institutional heads under the Modern University Governance Programme, said that the HEC would undertake special training programmes for vice chancellors and institutional heads of higher education institutions from various Islamic countries.
