Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) here Friday issued stay orders against the promotion and consequential appointment of PIMS Executive Director (ED) Dr Riaz Warraich as Vice Chancellor (VC) of proposed Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto (ZAB) Medical University.
