ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Institute of Medical Science (PIMS), the largest public hospital of the federal capital, is in a pathetic condition because of the unhygienic environment, lack of burning incinerators and basic facilities like beds, latest medical equipments and an adequate amount of staff.
