ISLAMABAD - Nursing staff of Pakistan Institute of Medical Science (PIMS) has decided to move the court against adoption of favoritism and personal likes and dislikes by the hospital management in their promotion process. Sources said 75 nurses were enrolled in grade 14 in 1988 and later they were promoted in grade-16 during 1992. The management is not pursuing the merit policy as it has promoted 16
