THE Lahore High Court on Tuesday directed the Punjab government to appoint a blind man as lecturer in English in line with two percent quota for special persons in the public sector departments.
The court observed that the educated special persons were the jewels of the society and could not be left at the mercy of others and they deserved better facilities from the government.
Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan issued the order on the petition moved by Jabar Hussain.
