LAHORE High Court Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial on Thursday put off hearing on petition of three PhD doctors and one former assistant of Punjab University challenging inquiries against them under Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006.
The CJ put off hearing as counsel for petitioners sought adjournment for being busy before some other court. However, legal advisor of the Punjab University appeared before the court and
