Seminary student’s murder FIR lodged under Sections
KARACHI: Police have registered the FIR under Sections 302/34 and 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act against unidentified persons on behalf of Liaquat Ali Shah, the father of a student, Hassan Ali, who lost his life along with Mufti Deenpuri. An official said that they were investigating the case from different angles. However, the law enforcers believed that the incident took place on sectarian grounds. He said several raids were also conducted but no reliable arrest was made. staff
