The Peshawar High Court on Friday fined the vice-chancellor and registrar of Islamia College University, Peshawar over delayed response to a lecturer’s petition against denial of no objection certificate for studies abroad.
In the order, a bench comprising Justice Qaisar Rasheed and Justice Musarrat Hilali observed that each of the two deposit a fine of Rs10,000 to be paid to the petitioner.
