Spring onions with greens,chopped 8-9Gram flour 3/4 cupGinger-garlic paste 2 teaspoonsRed chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoonsSalt to tasteOil to deep fryTomato ketchup To serve
Put spring onions with greens, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt in a food processor and mix well. Add gram flour and mix again.
Heat sufficient oil in a wok. Drop small portions of the spring onion mixture with your fingers into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with
