RBISE faulty website perturbs students
Rawalpindi: The faulty online system of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi, has created problems for managements of private schools to get registered students of class 9.
The managements of private schools have asked the concerned authorities to extend the last date for registration and solve the problem of the website. Many principals of private schools, while talking to ‘The News,’ said that online registration system of the BISE is again out of order which is creating problems in registration of students.
They said that the last date for submission of registration forms is May 31, whereas the website of the board is not working properly. They added that it is impossible for them to submit forms of students because of the fault in the website. “The board should accept forms manually to overcome the problem of registration of private school students and extend the date for registration,” they said.
The principals said that the online system is good, but the website should be updated and it should have no fault. Not only students but also their parents are worried about registration for the examination.
When ‘The News’ contacted the official spokesman of the BISE, Arsalan Cheema, he said that there is load on the website. For this reason, private schools are facing problems in online registration. “We have suggested them to complete online forms in the evening or night.” He said: “We have introduced online registration system, therefore, we cannot accept registration forms manually.”
The private school managements are facing problems because their staffers don’t know how to fill in online forms. “We are trying our best to make our online system strong and easy for everyone,” he added.The news
