PHC refers UoP-UET land dispute to governor
Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday referred a dispute between the University of Peshawar (UoP) and University of Engineering and Technology (UET) to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor for resolution.
In a writ petition filed in the high court, the University of Peshawar took the plea that under the NWFP University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Act 1980, the UET was bound to vacate the buildings and land if required. It stated
