LLB exams admission forms schedule
Lahore: The Punjab University has issued the schedule for submission of admission forms for LLB, Parts-I, II III, Annual Examinations, 2011, according to a press release here on Monday. The last date for submission of admission forms for LLB, Part-I, Annual Exam, 2011, with single fee is 23-05-2011 while the forms can be submitted with double fee till 01-06-2011. The exam will commence from 11-07-2011. For LLB, Part-II, Annual Exam 2011, the last date for submission of admission forms with single fee is 24-05-2011 while the forms can be submitted with double fee till 02-06-2011. The exam will commence from 12-07-2011. Similarly, for LLB, Part-III, Annual Exam, 2011, the last date for submission of admission forms with single fee is 25-05-2011 while the forms can be submitted with double fee till 03-06-2011. PU study measures libraries' service quality
Lahore: A book titled "User's Perceptions and Expectations of Quality Library Services: A Survey of University of the Punjab's Libraries," written by the Punjab University (PU) Main Library Senior Librarian, Alia Arshad, and Department of Library and Information Science Chairperson Professor Dr Kanwal Ameen has been published by the Verlag Dr Muller (VDM).
The purpose of this study is to measure the quality of service of academic libraries of a major university like that of the PU from the perspective of the students and also to determine their efforts towards meeting the users' expectations. A survey method was chosen as the method of investigation and a modified SERVQUAL questionnaire was used to explore users' desired and received levels of service.
