Prom story: "Most teenage girls dream of being asked out to senior prom, it is only the biggest night of high school history! However, I was asked early in the year so I had NO concern about the who... until my date got a crush on my friend a couple months before prom. He told me he would prefer to go with her after we planned to go together and that is when my perfect prom flopped!
"He asked her and she said no. He then blamed me for getting rejected.
"Well instead of apologizing and taking me as we originally planned, he went with another classmate of mine. I was not only embarrassed since only my whole class knew how I was ditched, but hurt because I really did like him.
"If being forced to go to prom alone was not bad enough, you should know that the dress I got made ended up malfunctioning, making me appear pregnant.
"Now, I don't know what senior prom is supposed to be like, but I did not think that was proper justice. Therefore, I am now hosting my own prom with my own theme and song this year. 'P.S. I Love You' Prom 2011. After 10 whole years I am still determined to have a prom with pleasant memories."
