UPPER DIR The district administration in collaboration with Malakand Development Programnme organised a painting competition for schoolchildren here on Wednesday to give them an opportunity to express ideas by watercolour.
Students from local private and public schools participated in the contest whose theme was ‘Scouting – bridging the gap’.
Of their paintings, the organisers selected 15 before putting them on display. Prizes were later given to the makers of the selected
