PESHAWAR The government will engage stakeholders for pooling resources to improve financial health of higher educational institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said provincial Governor Masood Kausar on Saturday.
“We know that universities are in dire financial straits. It is a serious problem, which will be tackled by all stakeholders. We will pool resources for improvement of financial side of universities,” the governor told participants of the Peshawar University`s Convocation for 2010
