in Lahore, LAHORE High Court division bench on Thursday directed the University of Health Sciences (UHS) to submit a report and para-wise comments on a writ petition challenging reappointment of Malik Hussain Mubashar as vice chancellor of the university.
The university’s counsel undertook to submit comments within two weeks.
Muhammad Sajjad Hussain filed the petition claiming his right to agitate the impugned re-appointment being a taxpayer citizen of Pakistan.
