LAHORE Justice Ijazul Ahsan of the Lahore High Court sought replies from federal and Punjab governments on a writ petition seeking a restraining order for all schools not to take students of below 10 years of age on out-of-city recreational tours.
After hearing initial arguments of the petitioner, the judge directed a deputy attorney general and an assistant advocate general to seek replies from governments and submit them to the court within three weeks.
