PESHAWAR: The Provincial Doctors Association (PDA) on Wednesday demanded basic pay scale for the medical officers of the government-run hospitals.
Addressing a press conference at the Peshawar Press Club, the PDA General Secretary Dr Waseem Anwar termed the bill passed by the government about the medical officers as unjust. They said the government had not provided basic pay scale to the medical officers, saying that the doctors had been performing duties for hours in the terror-hit province
