RAWALPINDI Three-day Kashmir Art Festival kicked off at Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) on Monday to highlight the Kashmiri artisan`s work.
Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Minister for Tourism Abdul Salam Butt inaugurated the festival and it was attended by Toshikazu Isomura, Counselor, Embassy of Japan besides a large number of people.
RAC collected the work of artisans belonging to Srinagar and other parts of Indian-held Kashmir settled in Pakistan for the last 50 years. The artisans displayed
