LAHORE: A workshop on ‘Human Opportunity and Decentralisation of Social Services in Pakistan’ was held at a local hotel on Sunday. The workshop was organised by the Beaconhouse National University’s (BNU) Institute of Public Policy (IPP) and co-sponsored by BNU and the World Bank.
The workshop talked about Pakistan’s progress in providing equal access to basic health and education opportunities, both at provincial and local levels by developing the Human Opportunity Index (HOI).
