Administrator Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Muhammad Hussain Syed on Tuesday directed officials to renovate and upgrade schools, hospitals and maternity homes in Lyari, saying that doctors, paramedical staff and teachers would immediately be posted at the schools and health facilities of the area.
