As many as one million people have so far received training to ensure their capacity building for the purpose of developing expertise through managerial skills of professionals from divergent organizations as well as community members at grass-roots level, Roomi Saeed Hayat, chief executive officer of NRSP- Institute of Rural Management (IRM), said on Monday.
