Hefty package for varsity teachers okayed vice chancellors of the public sector universities in Punjab
LAHORE – Governor Khosa has approved the new salary package for the vice chancellors of the public sector universities in Punjab who have been appointed through Search Committee. According to a handout issued here from Governor’s House on Tuesday, the VCs’ basic salary and annual increment would be equivalent to that of the Professor’s at Tenure Track while 20 per cent allowance of the basic salary will be given to them in addition.
