The Pakistan Institute of Labour Education and Research (Piler) and the Labour Rights Forum (LRF) jointly organised a screening of a documentary on Wednesday, titled ‘kis se munsafi chahen?’ (The search for justice), which aply depicted the sorry state of affairs at the labour courts.
One of the speakers, Khalid Mumtaz, secretary general of the Karachi Bar Association (KBA), said the workers, including women labourers, were living in miserable conditions in the country.
