ISLAMABAD - The HEC has granted permission to The Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), a UK-based professional examining body, to open HEC-approved centers in Pakistan. ICM Regional Director for Pakistan Moazam Shahbaz, said the HEC has recognised ICM1s Level 6 Graduate Diploma level qualifications as being equivalent to Pakistan’s four-year Bachelors Degree.
