While education has become a provincial subject after the passage of the 18th amendment to the Constitution, no forum has yet been legally empowered to deal with the issues vis-à-vis standardization and revision of curriculum and scheme of studies relating to Class I to Class XII in the province, it emerged on Wednesday.
