The SHC has issued a notice to the secretary education and the district education officers of Hyderabad, Dadu and Badin on a petition which seeks the regularisation of employees of the education department.
A petition submitted by Wariam stated that several teachers had been appointed by the education department on a contractual basis as teaching and non-teaching staff. It also submitted that the respondents, instead of regularising the staff services, had decided to appoint additional staff
