THE Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) has pointed out that the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) has handed over the examination of the National Examination Board (NEB), the licensing exam of foreign graduates, to the DOW University Sindh after taking it back from the UHS without placing it on the council meeting’s agenda.
