At a time when the Punjab government is organising big ceremonies for distribution of laptops among students, scores of eligible students are being dragged from pillar to post to register for laptops.

Though Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has formed the Independent Grievance Redressal Committees (IGRCs) in all the nine divisions of the province but the students are still suffering owing to attitude of the officials concerned.
